How Lefsenlayerco works

Since 2019 we have run vocals, band tracking, talk shows and release-ready mixes from three rooms under one roof in Nakameguro. Each project starts with what you want to keep on the recording, then we plan mic choices and time.

Sessions are by appointment only: Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–22:00; closed Monday and Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment. We hold one booking at a time so sessions do not overlap. Room details are on About the studio; workflows and rates sit on each service page and in our guides.

    Accept the quote and pay the 30% deposit to hold the slot (terms).

    Session

    An engineer handles setup and takes. We archive project data for 12 months.

    Delivery

    Mixes and masters ship in agreed formats, with up to 2 revision rounds where included.

We are at 目黒区中目黒1-5-8 レフセンビル3F, 153-0061 Tokyo. About a 4-minute walk from Nakameguro Station (Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line), toward Nakameguro koban. One block north of the Meguro River promenade. The live room takes drums and amps together; vocal iso booths are separate.

Three staff cover recording, mix/master and podcast sessions. Evening slots are available by prior booking (FAQ).

All listed amounts include 10% VAT. A 30% deposit confirms booking. Free cancellation until 5 days before the session (Article 7). Business invoices: 30-day terms.

How do I book?

Send your brief and dates via the form or [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days with a quote and slots. The 30% deposit confirms.

Are prices VAT-inclusive?

Yes. Site prices include 10% VAT. Rate tables also show ex-VAT amounts such as ¥12,000.

When can I cancel for free?

Contact us at least 5 days before the session start for a refund or one free reschedule (terms).

How long do you keep files?

About 12 months after final delivery or session. Back up your copies in time (privacy policy).

Can minors record?

The contracting party must be at least 18. Under-age sessions need a guardian to book, pay and attend or consent in writing (FAQ).
